This page explains how to delete your JerseyVille Ghana account and personal data, whether you shopped on our website jerseyvilleghana.com or in the JerseyVille Ghana mobile app.
Do you need an account?
JerseyVille Ghana supports guest checkout — you can browse and order without creating an account. If you have shopped with us, we still hold the order and contact details you provided (name, phone, email, delivery address) so we can fulfil and support your orders. You can request deletion of this data at any time.
How to request deletion
To delete your account and/or personal data, contact us using any of the options below and include the email address and/or phone number you used to order:

We may ask you to confirm a few details to verify the request and protect your account.
What we delete
On a verified request, we delete your personal contact details and account information, and any analytics identifiers associated with you.
What we may keep
We may retain limited records of completed transactions (such as order and payment records) where we are required to do so for legal, accounting, or tax purposes. These records are kept only for the period required by law and are then deleted or anonymised.
How long it takes
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm once done.
