This Privacy Policy explains how JerseyVille Ghana (“JerseyVille”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website jerseyvilleghana.com and the JerseyVille Ghana mobile app (together, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
JerseyVille Ghana is an online store selling authentic football, basketball, national-team, and retro jerseys, based in Accra, Ghana, with delivery nationwide. For any privacy question, contact us at info@jerseyvilleghana.com or on WhatsApp at 0557379888.
2. Information we collect
- Order & contact details you provide at checkout: name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.
- Order information: the items you buy, sizes, order value, and any notes you add.
- Payment information: your chosen payment method (MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, bank transfer, or cash on delivery). Payments are processed by the relevant mobile-money or banking provider; we do not store your full card or mobile-wallet PIN.
- Usage & device data (app): through Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics we collect app interactions (e.g. items viewed, add-to-cart, checkout events), a device identifier, device type, operating-system version, and crash/diagnostic reports, to keep the app working and improve it.
- Website data: cookies and similar technologies for cart functionality, security, and basic analytics.
3. How we use your information
- To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders and provide customer support.
- To contact you about your order (including by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp).
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and app.
- To prevent fraud and protect our customers and business.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Delivery partners / couriers — to deliver your order (name, phone, address).
- Payment providers — the mobile-money or banking service you choose, to complete payment.
- Google / Firebase — for app analytics and crash reporting (see Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy).
- Authorities — where required by Ghanaian law.
5. Data retention
We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to opt out of analytics. To delete your data or account, see our Account & Data Deletion page, or email info@jerseyvilleghana.com. You can also disable analytics tracking in your device settings.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
8. Children
Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and over, or younger users with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. International processing
Some service providers (such as Google/Firebase) may process data on servers outside Ghana. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
