We want you to love your jersey. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at JerseyVille Ghana.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- The jersey must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with any tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp at 0557379888 or email info@jerseyvilleghana.com with your order number and the reason. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges (wrong size)
Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange, subject to availability. The fastest way is to contact us on WhatsApp.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method (Mobile Money or card) within 3–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Non-returnable items
Jerseys customised with a name/number are non-returnable unless they arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item is defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
