These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the JerseyVille Ghana website jerseyvilleghana.com and the JerseyVille Ghana mobile app, and any purchase you make from us (together, the “Services”). By using our Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Products, pricing & availability
- All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
- We aim to display products and colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
- Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or withdraw an item at any time.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices without prior notice.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred); if you have already paid, you will be refunded.
5. Payment
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. For cash on delivery, you pay when your order arrives. Payments are handled by the relevant mobile-money or banking provider.
6. Shipping & delivery
Delivery times and charges are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. We deliver across Ghana, with same-day dispatch available in Accra.
7. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds policy. Please read it before purchasing.
8. Use of the mobile app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the JerseyVille Ghana app for shopping with us. You agree not to misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or our Services.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our Services — including the JerseyVille name, logo, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to JerseyVille Ghana and may not be used without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree to use our Services lawfully and not to engage in fraud, abuse, or any activity that harms JerseyVille, our customers, or our Services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, JerseyVille Ghana is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
